Jordan narrowed his eyes at the young man in front of him.

“You were sent by Zack Smith, weren’t you?”

The man’s expression shifted—his eyes darting nervously.

“I don’t know who that is!” he denied.

    Jordan smirked. Liar.

Years of psychology training and his grandfather’s anatomy lessons had sharpened his ability to read people.

The way this man was avoiding eye contact, shifting on his feet… He was guilty.

    Jordan extended his hand.

    “Hand over your phone.”

The man’s posture stiffened. “What right do you have to ask for my—”

    Bad move.

Jordan was already rising from his chair, ready to forcefully take it.

    But before he could—

    Victoria stepped forward.

“Mr. Steele, let me handle this.”

    Jordan raised an eyebrow. Victoria?

The young man grinned at her approach, his eyes gleaming with arrogance.

“Tsk, tsk… what a gorgeous woman,” he sneered. “Way better than the cheap escort I hired last night. Come on, babe, my phone’s right here. Take it from me if you can.

    Bad move #2.

    Before he could react—

Victoria grabbed his wrist and slammed his hand against the table.

    BANG!

The entire room shook from the impact.

    Jordan’s eyes widened. She’s strong.

Victoria unlocked the phone with the man’s fingerprint and tossed it to Jordan effortlessly.

The young man’s face turned red with rage.

“You b*tch!” he snarled. “You think you’re strong? Try fighting me in bed! I’ll make you—”

    Victoria’s expression darkened.

    SMACK!

A loud slap echoed through the room.

The man stumbled from the impact, holding his cheek in shock.

Victoria stood tall, her voice icy cold.

“Fight me anywhere, and I’ll still win.”

She turned slightly, locking eyes with Jordan.

“But I don’t fight weak men.”

    Jordan chuckled, applauding. “Bravo, Victoria.”

Ashley clung to Victoria’s waist, her eyes shining. “Miss Clarke, you’re my new hero!”

Victoria merely smirked, adjusting her hair.

‘Now he knows I’m not some delicate flower.’

    Unlike Hailey Camden.

    The Saboteur’s Downfall

Jordan turned his attention back to the phone, scrolling through the messages.

There it was. A full exchange with Zack Smith.

They had planned everything. The microphone swap, the incited riot, the attempt to sabotage Cloud Cafeteria.

    Jordan didn’t hesitate.

He video-called Zack using the man’s phone.

Zack answered after a few rings.

His face twisted in confusion. “Who the hell—”

    Jordan grinned.

“It’s been a while, Mr. Smith.”

Zack’s eyes widened. “You— you’re Hailey Camden’s good-for-nothing ex-husband! Why do you have Sam’s phone? What do you want?”

    Jordan’s expression turned cold.

“I should be the one asking you that, Mr. Smith. You sent people to sabotage my restaurant.”

    Zack’s face drained of color.

    “What? Your restaurant?”

    It clicked.

The mysterious buyer of all seven of Steve Williams’ restaurants.

The one taking over the Orlando restaurant industry.

    The one crushing him.

    It was Jordan Steele.

    Zack gritted his teeth.

“You think you can beat me, punk? I’ve been in this business for decades. No matter how much money you have, you can’t outmaneuver me!”

    Jordan leaned forward.

“Let’s put that to the test, shall we?”

    Then—

    He hung up.

    And called Pablo.

    Revenge is Served

    Pablo answered immediately.

    “Mr. Jordan!”

Jordan’s voice was calm, but his words dripped with power.

“Send your men to Sunny Restaurant. Have a meal. And…”

    A slight pause.

    “…make sure something goes wrong.”

    Pablo chuckled darkly.

    “Understood.”

One Hour Later – Sunny Restaurant

Zack’s chauffeur burst into his office, excited.

“Boss! A group of over 100 foreigners just arrived for dinner!”

    Zack’s eyes lit up.

Business had been dead since Cloud Cafeteria opened. If he could win these customers over, maybe his restaurant could recover.

“Hahaha! Finally! Tell the chefs to prepare the best meals of their lives!”

The staff rushed to accommodate the customers.

Zack watched proudly as dish after dish was served.

    But then—

    Suddenly.

    BAM!

The first man collapsed onto the table.

    Then another.

    Then another.

One by one, they began foaming at the mouth.

    Screams filled the restaurant.

    The waiters panicked.

    “FOOD POISONING!?”

Zack jumped to his feet, horrified.

    “NO—this is a SETUP!”

    But it was too late.

    Game Over, Zack

Jordan and Victoria stepped outside Cloud Cafeteria, watching the scene unfold.

Ambulances lined the street. Paramedics rushed in, carrying stretcher after stretcher out of Sunny Restaurant.

Jordan took a sip of his water.

    Then, he smirked.

    “It’s over for Sunny Restaurant.”

    Victoria crossed her arms.

    “You played him perfectly.”

    Jordan nodded.

“Now Zack will spend the next few months dealing with health inspections, lawsuits, and a destroyed reputation.”

    Victoria smiled.

    “And while he’s doing that…”

    Jordan turned to her.

    “We’ll finish taking over Orlando.”
